☆Dishes...Tosa Wagyu beef shabu-shabu with black pepper, daikon radish, mizuna, Kyoto leeks, perilla leaves, miso sauce
◆Grilled dish…Seafood with yuzu citrus, yellowtail, scallop, shrimp, ginkgo, radish, hajikami
◆ Main dish: Grilled young chicken and garlic leaves, colorful vegetables
