◆ Sashimi… Assortment of three kinds of fresh fish from off the coast of Tosa

◆ Survival…Shimanto eel nigiri sushi, eel roll

◆ Cold dish… Crystal eggplant and Wagyu beef kosode, lotus root, ginger, delicious dashi stock

◆Grilled dish... Roast beef with vinegar, baby leaves, tomato, green yuzu

◆ Main dish: Softly simmered Wagyu beef shank and winter melon, with aromatic vegetable sauce and shredded leeks

◆ Fried food … Fried eel with tortoiseshell paste and sweet and spicy lion pepper

◆ Appetizers: Eel, lotus root, cucumber, myoga, shiso leaf

◆ Meal: Rice topped with meat and two kinds of pickles

◆Tomowan (deep-fried soup)… Red miso soup, mitsuba (Japanese parsley), myoga (Japanese ginger)
