◆Appetizer… Tosa Wagyu beef and matsutake mushroom cured in kelp, spinach, chrysanthemum, Tosa vinegar jelly, shiso leaves

◆Appetizer… Wagyu beef and matsutake mushroom wrapped in parchment paper, asparagus, sesame vinegar

◆Sashimi... A three-kind assortment of fresh fish from off the coast of Tosa.

◆Small dish… Seared Wagyu beef nigiri with wasabi, caviar, and sun-dried salt

◆Soup… Dobinmushi (Matsutake mushroom, conger eel, shrimp, young chicken, mitsuba, sudachi citrus)

◆Grilled dish… Wagyu roast beef with grape sauce

◆Main Dish… Softly simmered Tosa Wagyu beef shank and daikon radish, matsutake mushrooms, and shredded leeks

◆Deep-fried food… Deep-fried Wagyu beef, asparagus, and cheese.

◆Pickles… Two types of pickles
